Android keyboard update squashes bugs, gives it the blues

If Google was to follow the newest trends, the new color theme for the stock Android keyboard would have been gold. But Mountain View has opted for a familiar shade of blue in the latest update of the Google Keyboard app. Thus, now you can make your swipe trail and accented colors white or blue. Not a big deal, but some users appeared to have missed this after the 2.0 update introduced a conservative black and gray look.

The update fixes some bugs and adds stability improvements as well, so you really have no reason not to apply it. You can wait for Google to push it onto your device, or install it right away from the Play Store. Have fun!
