1. open nu ung utorrent>option>preference

tapos click nu ung connection

may makikita kau jan n “port used for incoming connection”
palitan nu ng “9666″

then unchek nyo the ff: “enable uPnP port mapping”
“enable NAT-PMP port mapping”
“Add windows firewall excep”
“Randomized port”

tapos sa proxy server

Type: (HTTP) dapat hindi HTTPS
sa proxy nmn (ung proxy nu sa ultrasurf ang lalagay nu”
sa Port nmn (ung port sa ultrasurf nyo”

tapos check nyo ung “Use proxy server for peer-peer”

tapos “APPLY” and OKAY”

then try nyo
